I Want to pick up a copy of an accident report

Accident Reports

If you were involved in an accident and the police responded, you may receive a copy of the accident report. The report is usually ready after three business days. Come to the station and ask the Records Clerk for your report.

Please note that only accidents occuring in North Kingstown are handled through this department. Also, if the State Police handled your accident, you must contact them for any information.

If you were involved in a minor accident that did not require a police officer, you may come to the station and file your own report. A copy of your report will be available after three business days.
